• Restart Your Computer...
• When Your Computer Asks Password - Press :- CTRL + ALT + DELETE buttons together...
• Then A Dialogue Box Will Appear With Black Background Asking USERNAME and PASSWORD...
• Type "admin" or "administrator" in USERNAME...
• Do Not Type PASSWORD...
• Just Press Enter...
• You Are Logged In Into Administrator Account...

net user administrator /active:yes

 and press ENTER...Then Follow Same Steps Given Above...
