MAKE AN IMAGE AS FOLDER BACKGROUND WALLPAPER...

• Copy-Paste this Code in your Notepad, Save it in the Folder in which you want to set it as Background Wallpaper and save it as "Desktop.ini"...Make Sure it is saved only in .ini format...

• Now You Need To Make some change in the code...
  Replace (SOMETHING.JPG) with the exact location of any image with correct file extintion...
  

• Now You Will Have to Make that folder as SYSTEM FOLDER. For this you need to
  Go To Start --> Run --> Type "cmd" --> Press Enter
  

• Now Type The Following Code...
  attrib +s D:\name-of-folder
  Replace D:\name-of-folder with exact location of folder...
  

• You are Done...Now Close The Folder and Reopen it...
